Victoria’s sculptural installation practice relates to narratives of home, protection and the state of exception. Photographic documentation of the structures she builds sometimes becomes the work itself, photography is important to her as a distinct medium in its own right. Her visual art practice dialogues with her writing and benefits from ongoing research and critical reflection, while having a life of its own. She is currently an Associate Artist of the Bricks Artist Programme, Reaching Resilience.
